Baleno is a well-known fashion brand primarily focused on the casual wear market.

For this assignment, I utilized various points extracted from international marketing strategies to conduct a comprehensive analysis of both the micro and macro environments in the retail fashion sector.

This planning scheme was developed entirely by me, Kazaf Chan Ka Ho, for the final marketing project.

To begin, I employed "PEST" and "SWOT" analysis as foundational tools to evaluate trends in the global market, which helped formulate a direction based on the identified advantages and disadvantages.

Within the planning scheme, you will find content that incorporates the 4Ps and 3Cs framework as methodologies to enhance brand image and anticipate future developments.

02 - Statrys

Statrys is a start-up and SME that offers a range of services through a digital platform supporting B2B trading and payment solutions.

In this assignment, the content includes how to formulate a scheme that supports businesses in financial management (budget planning), basic market analysis, and an evaluation of advantages and disadvantages in comparison to their competitors.
